We’re expanding and need to hire creative developers who are passionate about helping clients experiment with new disruptive technologies.
Earlier this year during a pitch to potential investors, I was asked how we plan to grow Digital FastForward from just two guys in a garage to a fifty-person digital innovation powerhouse. I responded by sharing our vision of building “Innovation Engineers”, merging hardcore developers and creative design thinkers into a single role. The response I received from one of the investors was priceless: “Do these people exist? They sound like unicorns!”
What was my answer? “Yes, these people exist. You’re looking at two of them.”
Now we’re looking to hire a few more unicorns, developers who have the raw talent and passion to become Innovation Engineers. In terms of programming skills, we’re looking for developers with at least three years of programming experience in Java, PHP, Python or other modern programming languages. Now for the fun part, we’re also looking for developers that have a passion for creativity. This doesn’t mean you have to be an artist like Picasso or Yeezey, but we’re curious to hear about your creative outlets and how you bring creativity into your professional life.
